1. Administrative documents
- Signed copy of the letter of intent « LOI »
- If available, copy of the Confidential Information Memorandum « CIM »
2. Financial documents
- Three years of financial statements
- Latest interim financial statements in comparative format versus previous year
- Most recent list of accounts receivable, payable and inventory, if applicable, as well as top 10 most important customers and suppliers
3. Asset-related documents
- If available, any market appraisal reports for equipment and buildings owned by the company
- If available, budget / financial projections for current year, including capex investment plan
